Shipping Policy
Every order is packed by hand. No warehouse. No conveyor belt. Just us, in the boutique, boxing your order with care.
That takes a little longer than the big guys. We think it's worth it.
Processing Time
Orders take up to 3 business days to prepare before they ship.
We check every product, wrap it properly, and box it so it arrives the way it left. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. That's it for now.
Canadian orders: duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs processing may add time we can't control.
Rates and Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days in the US and 5-10 for Canada.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it's in their hands.
Wax N' Blush is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then file a claim with the carrier. We'll help where we can. Email us and we'll share everything we have on our end.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the product. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Address
We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out. Reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Caught a mistake right after ordering? Email us within 24 hours and we'll fix it before it ships.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we prep orders by hand, we can usually catch changes before they ship. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order ships, it can't be changed or cancelled.
